EPS of $25/share looks suspect << Yes you are of course correct, EPS should be 3.99, that's why calculation is wrong. 25 is from several fields away (number of Analysts for 2018) if this is the number script picked up. I have no clue why a mistake and what is even more troubling, how many more mistakes there are. :-( That's why this is just a rough list for further research. You can't thrust computers these days any more lol I will manually check numbers for undervalued results and see how many more mistakes there are. Hope not too many I set the script to pick up numbers the "absolute" way, EPS is (for example) on 15th place of returned numbers from that page using certain filter, because this is only way I know for now how to do it. If one security don't have/report some numbers, there may be offset and script/program may picks up different numbers, I'm guessing. As time progress I may (I hope) learn better techniques and I may be able sometime in the future to make better script. I hope one day I can pick numbers the way they are associated with the strings, for example, script return number that is tagged by certain text, for example "Book Value" that way if some number is missing or some position is changed prior, this should not affect results. >> The next scan I may do w/ the ones of interest is some type of debt/leverage test. << Well, if you come up with some simple test/screen, that initially don't require manually adjusting numbers, something that can be automatized directly from financial statements without searching for extra numbers through K10's and Q10's, let me know and I may be able to over time build another screen. That way I'm learning two things at the same time, basic programming and my first baby steps in fundamental analysis of a companies.
