My understanding is he can't fire Tillerson, Mattis or Kelly. Mattis and Kelly already have an agreement that one of them will remain in the US at all times just in case Trump goes nuts. Tillerson, Mattis, and Kelly have an agreement that if one is fired they'll all leave.

It's entirely possible The Orange Toad will fire Kelly and Mattis and all the "grownups" around him someday and then you'll slam them as evil Obama supporters trying to hinder the Wonderful One you worship.
