Wiz, I agree with you on most everything you have posted. I was really just trying to say that the Superbowl indicator is just another thing to hang your hat on. Nothing else seems to be working at this time. gg. Most of those indicators are not doing too well in this environment. Santa Claus rally, that first 5 day trading indicator for January - maybe this is good if you are a bear gg -, the January effect in itself (luckily Jan. is not over yet and who knows we may end up wishing it was) etc. Inflation, deflation, low interest rates, good economy here, Asia. The only thing works right now is to try to have good stocks and let this stuff flow past you. I am trying really hard to look at all this as a bump in the road and hope we don't hit too many. I still think the market will go up again, granted, maybe not as high than in the past, but still up. Maybe things turn around a bit later on today. Sonny
