No problemo, Stitch.

By the way, do you know anything more about NGK Insulators? I fed you some bad data last week when I said that they were ramping in 1998 and going to be cranking out 2 million glass platters a month in 1999. They're actually going to start producing 2 million glass platters a month in April 1998 and increasing this to 5 million glass platters a month in 1999!

If my numbers are still correct, estimated platter production for 1997 was about 400 million platter so assuming 20% unit growth, 1998 platter production will be something like 480 million platters. 5 million a month = 60 million a year which is about 12-13% of 1998 platter production. From 0% market share to 12-13% market share in under 2 years!!!!

NGK To Mass-Produce Glass Hard Disk Substrates satellite.nikkei.co.jp

TOKYO (Nikkei)-NGK Insulators Ltd. Thursday announced it will start
mass-producing hard disk substrates from April 1998.

The Nagoya-based maker of insulators and other industrial components
will initially produce 2 million glass substrates a month, rising to 5 million by 1999.

The world's largest producer of insulators believes it can make glass
hard disks as cheaply as conventional aluminum ones.....

What are these folks smoking and can I please have some!?!?!
