Elisha: it usually is with this stock prior to earnings. Chart looks good.

Small caps in general have done poorly since Oct. Edusoft has not bucked the trend. I suspect earnings to be in line with the previous quarters. Any weakness in Asian markets should be compensated by the upswing in Latin America. Europe also should be strong. US hard to gauge. Spoke with CEO in early Dec. This seems to be the way things were shaping up.
I can't see an earnings surprize but I don't think EDUSF needs one. 1997 shaped up as a very good year. Still remains undervalued when measured against peers. Lack of Liguidity hurting at this time but that's not unique. A medium range outlook sees growth prospects good for backend 98. Hasfari indicated that the market for ESL early learning directed toward children is anticipated to exceed that of the present ESL market. These targeted markets are independant so revenue increase should result.

General market sentiment appears to favor that small caps will continue to underpreform the market. This is encouraging.
