An industry where the insurance providers are leaving and costs are sky rocketing I do not consider to be working. If my understanding is correct, these subsidies went directly to insurance companies, and not to the subscribers. This was supposed to keep premiums down or in line. It failed. Therefore, I am forced to believe the numbers that the insurance companies give us as what is required to make things work smoothly. What are the verification procedures? Pardon me while I get off the boat that I just arrived on..........
