It's easy to prove Bush lied about WMDs. If he'd have tossed a coin that coin toss would have been 50% right. He was 100% wrong. Being 100% wrong is mathematically impossible. Once we show he was less right than a coin toss or 100% wrong we know he lied. Add to this the fact that UN inspectors were in Iraq "and" had unfettered access to the entire country and you'd think they'd have found WMDs on the first day. They didn't. They didn't find anything in the first month or the second or the third. So what did Bush do once he learned his intel was worthless? He went to war.
