Trumpov IS to blame for Congress not getting anything done. He sold himself as a great anti-establishment guy, the ONLY one who could MAGA, a swamp drainer, a natural leader who would win every day. Well, he deserves at least as much blame as McConnell and Ryan. Maybe more, when they come up with bills, he "helps" by badmouthing them (ala calling the first healthcare bill "mean"). Does he lobby Congress? No, he spends long weekends on the golf course. He starts work late every day and knocks off early to make up for it. He has Congressmen afraid to say a single negative word about him in public, but what does he do with that power? Nothing!

When Bannon says he's going to try to get Republicans running for office defeated (to put Democrats in charge?) Dopey Donald calls him to congratulate him. Then a couple days later he's pals with McConnell again:
