Very nice and Great results. SBOW is an odd ball. They are the old SFT (Swift Energy) company that went BK. Really no EPS history, definitely not 10 years of positive EPS that GN requires. Therefore, estimates may/could be way off. What happened I owned the Bonds that were converted into new shares when company did BK.

It was a looser as I only got $0.10 on the dollar and although there was value in their assets, company carried way too much debt.

SBOW s/d be thrown out because not 10 years of positive EPS. MY modified version I will allow 1 or 2 years of negative EPS (over 10 year period; 40 quarters) if I see a restructure and progress to resume positive EPS.

Time and EPS very important in the GN model. New companies and/or restructured probably not enough history to even consider and s/d be thrown out.
