Packaging machinery of this type is easily obtainable and on the used market is not that expensive. It is also very easy to set-up. You can even rent for a week a t a time a filling line. Many small wineries do this in that they bottle a few thousand cases a year and can manage to do all of it in a week with a rented line that is set-up in the trailer it is shipped in. Total set-up time is a few hours. Filing labeling etc. is easy.
