HCIA I think is a very good stock to own at these prices and this market. It is supported by its book value. It has significant growth prospects and there is significant upside. Limited downside (11 ish?)

My third largest holding after Cash and IOM.

Just got the quarteryl apology from them.

I hope they can turn around in 6 months.
