Go back an look at the wasteful spending he had on military hardware that was going to the scrap heap and he kept buying more of the obsolete systems and spare parts. AND it was Carter who increased the military budget 25% and authorized the go ahead on the stealth programs. As for OBAMA, he was handed the worst economic crash since the Great Depression. All due to 6-8 years of Republican control. When the Great POTUS Obama left office he handed off the "BEST economy EVER handed off to an incoming president." EVER. Trumpturds like you hate FACTS.
