We are generalists, meaning we don't have an industry focus. But we do look at the stage of the company/opportunity. We look for opportunities in the early / seed stages and then also we look for buyout opportunities. It is hard to quantify what we look for, but you could say that we look for companies and ideas that create great opportunities for return (thats a given), have solid growth potential, have solid management, and situations where we can add value. I know that it sounds kinda boiler plate, but thats what we do. Bry
