Hi Margaret, Thanks for your help on http and e-mail. I have been off for auction {n.g.}. I posted my Waterhouse Outlook98 picks[theirs] to Sonny. Do you notice that even tho the stocks slip downward some they really never either go down enough to buy or go up enough to make you feel good and make money? I strongly believe in this tech market even though its tough and takes guts and money to get into it. I think we are going to look back on these days and say would of shouldof could of. Just got off phone to my son and told him real estate. Also great time for it Best in 20 years1 I still wish I had Msft and first chance I'm in it!. SSM[Short for SO SUE ME gg Eliz

Good Afternoon Margaret, The only good thing about today is the nice weather we are having in Philadelphia and writing to you and a few good people here. I am a firm believer as you know not to time the market but I am not at all confident on how this dreadful prolem the world is now facing is going to be cured. There has been a very serious change in the fabric of investing phychology and prospects for earnings going forward. Unless one can hold onto their postitions for 5 years or longer they should not be in this market at all. Hope you had a nice day and will enjoy a good evening warm Regards Frank
