Great Good morning to you GZ, how are you?

Thanks for that announcement, I'll be watching that level with eagle eyes - muchas gracias, but IMHO the real turning point to watch will be intel's earning announcement or DOJ report on Soft.

I'm not so sure today there will be a buying opportunity in the daq today, maybe in some of the high caps techs only, look at the H&S on the bull/bear Techstocks index, it's turned the corner on the right shoulder and headed down. techstocks.com Might be a buying op in the oex instead bwdik

Did you check out the inverted H&S on Gold, with the pointy little head right after the boyz on the street had a Big Mac Attack for lunch. 165.247.180.114 The Aussies bid it back up, giving it a 4 point intraday swing and looks like this morning more of the same as the traders in Merry ole London town have bid Gold back down, but no frown from this clown, because I'll just double down. I would expect another spike low today to take out yesterdays low and since three's a charm, might get more of the same on Monday BWDIK, might be the last chance today to get gold cheap, twice sometimes is as nice as thrice, for the SALE of the CENTURY bwdik

Come on GZ, get rid of those ears and tails and give GOLD a chance -ggggggg-

Dios de bendiga,
te gusta Costa Rica?

HI GZ, this is what the short term treasury looks like (actually the browser collapsed my spaces so the chart is wacked, but you get my idea of 10/27 spike and 12/8 spike) with two real spike tops on it, not a walk, but a run to safety. However, I think this is a significant topping pattern, and I also feel that so much money has been flowing in here that foreigners have been able to sell into rallies un-noticed.

Remember the printing money presses are running overtime all over the world and Paula Jones comes back to haunt Bill Clinton next weekend.

You see this pattern also on Softs six month chart and if you turn it upside down you can see it on AAPL's chart.

Why Gold instead of shorting treasuries. With Gold mining shares, you leverage the price of gold and everybody thinks Gold :-( is Dead, and everybody thinks AAPL is going out of business, so I love all three of em.

GZ,

Did you stayed on the short side since the outside reversal the week before last? Like I said in my response, I was going to wait until the Gann trend change date lined up with the outside reversal. That date was Jan 16 +- 1 trading day. An outside reversal does allow a short bounce before the decline I believe (Please correct me if I am wrong about an outside reversal bounce before the decline). All this means that the market should put in a short term top today. We'll see what the market actually does, but my plan at the moment is to join you on the short side late this afternoon.
