Dave, An incredible idea, offer to replace those "unregulated"... machines with new NorAm ones and give the store owner a piece of the action...Especially if the unregulated machine is in a high traffic prime location...The owner doesn't do anything except cash a monthly check...Golden Games does all the maintenance, collection, accounting, etc...like the lottery agents here...MBA, has George ever mentioned this could be possible in the future...We can call it an "ACQUISITION"...LOL There will always be some form of unregulated lottery/gambling as the lotteries here did not stop the unregulated gambling side when the states got into the lottery business...in fact, all it did was make gambling available to those who really didn't have contact with the unregulated gambling industry previously...It is just next to impossible to get rid of...
