Looks like another kind of vulture is about to get its' wings clipped by the authorities. An RU has gone up beside the TCLN symbol on quotrons. This is Rule 71, to paraphrase... 'If there are 10,000 shares or 1/2 of 1% short position outstanding subsequent short sellers are required to close out short positions within ten days if delivery of borrowed securities is not made.' Looks like a lot of naked shorting has been happening, the emperor has no clothes. No filings on Bloomberg today, I do hear their margin problems are resolved. Shero, why don't you explain to John Wallner how the Reg D works. He is probably not the only one who doesn't understand how a conversion now would be incredibly stupid of the Reg D holders. Next 30 day window is Feb-March, isn't it?
