Dear Joe, The Muller deal with their put options expiring on 12-31-97, was one of my questions also. Very pleased that Bob Muller is holding on to his shares, especially when he had at least a 50% guaranteed return by exercising those options. That goes to show just how confident management is in our company and how undervalued we really are. One other question, when the Marines hit the beach will they hit with enough force to squelch the expected counter attacks that will come as we take control of the beachhead in the coming weeks. Thanks in advance and for all the long days, endless travel, and time away from your family. We shareholders really appriciate you and your team's dedication. KL

JM, I'm not a military man but I presume your post means the marines are in the process of leaving the troop carrier and are headind for the beach. Can you tell me, just how far is the beach? Can they see the grains of sand? Will they have to bivouac on the beach for any length of time before they go into action. Best Regards
