Pugs: Good morning to all. Just got back from my morning run. I have the trip from the tv to the kitchen and back, down to less than a minute now.
I think I have been able to get the old ticker up over 70 beats per minute. Can typing be considered "aorobics" for a couch potato? TIA :-))) al
