Yes. I think they should have had a plan on what to do once Saddam fell though. They messed around while the UN put the country through some long drawn out process of drafting a constitution and holding a series of elections while US troops were a magnet drawing terrorists from all over the ME there to attack us. I proved to you that the US put UN inspectors in Iraq and they had unfettered access to all sites and called Bush's intelligence "garbage." NO, you did nothing of the sort. You asserted it because you were told it by some hyperpartisan rag and I PROVED YOU WERE WRONG!
