Why is the Trump; Organization called Donald's company? He has three living siblings who each have to own a bit more of it than he does. (I presume they each own a larger share because they made loans of $20 million each to him for at least two years back after he went bust in the '90's. Those loans were against Donald's share of their father's inheritance. )

The Trump; Organization was founded by Trump's grandmother, Elizabeth Christ Trump, in 1923. She and her son, Fred, ran it together.

From wikipedia:
Elizabeth had a "remarkable talent"[1] for keeping the real estate business going. She hired a contractor to build houses on an empty piece of property left by her husband, sold the houses, and lived off the mortgages paid by the new owners. Her vision was to have her three children continue the family business when they finished school, but Fred wanted to start earlier, so she founded the company Elizabeth Trump & Son. Since Fred was still a minor, she had to sign all legal documents on his behalf, and perform the real estate closings. In 1927 when Fred was 22, Elizabeth Trump & Son was formally incorporated.[5] Fred became quite successful with the business but Elizabeth remained involved throughout her life. Even in her 70s she would collect coins from the laundromats in Trump buildings.[1]
Elizabeth was considered the matriarch of the Trump family. She had "extraordinary determination".[6] She dressed very conservatively and formally. She was hardworking and had a stern demeanor. She remained close to her son Fred for her entire life.[1]
----------------------------
Donald was made President of the Trump Organization in 1971. Three years out of college. Just because the other siblings don't work in the family business doesn't mean they don't own as much of it as Donald. And note that Elizabeth C. Trump had two other children besides Fred. Those two and their descendents likely also own shares of the Trump Organization.

Based on what we know, Donald likely owns less than a 10% share of the family business, even if is the head of it. Divide the business Elizabeth C Trump started by three. Then divide 33.333% by four. Subtract $120 million for the loans his brother and two sisters made him in the 90's. Donald should own somewhere south of 8.325%.
