So that makes the CryptoRuble far more valuable than crypto-money like BitCoin, the use of which can get you sent to a Russian prison. China too has stomped on BitCoin exchanges and use. Chinese national security is likely the next nation to start hunting down those foolish enough to have used or owned BitCoin, like Putin has done. But those living in China and Hong Kong know their Social Credit Score is dependent upon not taking foolish actions like this. Those who have violated the Chinese BitCoin ban are already planning to flee, if they're smart.
