BC, You have vivid memories of Afghanis flying those planes? Planning the attack? And you have vivid memories of the reasons OBL stated for 911? I saw it on TV. Like most everyone else, I only found out about OBL planning the attack after it happened. OBL gave the usual reasons for 9/11. America meddling in the Middle East, blah blah blah, if we only left them alone they'll leave us alone, derp derp ... The Taliban were harboring OBL. I believe in the Bush Doctrine. "We make no distinction between terrorists and those who harbor them." The war in Afghanistan was completely justified. I'm not so sure about the "nation building" that followed, though.
