Pearl Harbor would never have happened. It was a direct blow-back because of OUR interventions in WWII. More accurately, it was a blow-back because of our total blockade of all Japan energy source (oil) imports at the time. Which should not be dropped under the table either, when discussing the options of North Korean politics.
