Even more damning than the dossier is Trumpov's refusal to impose the new sanctions Congress voted for 98-2 and 319-3 to impose a few months ago. Just to pick one of a number of pro-Putin actions and statements. Like defending Putin over shooting down the Malaysian airliner. Like defending Putin over poisoning Litvinenko. Like hiring stooges (Flynn, Manafort, and probably Page and Epshtyn) literally being paid by Putin or Putin allies .
