Billionaires can find ways to buy things if those things are going to be on sale. If politicians really are for sale their find ways to be bought.

Making political statements even when they are in support of a politician or against his or her opponents isn't buying the politicans. In any case billionaires didn't need the Citizens United decision to do that. They can (and before the decision could) make their own political movies, buy newspapers, even create tv channels, buy ads to present their opinions etc.

More ordinary people have to have an organization and pool resources.
