<< HiFD vs. LS120 >>

One word: Price. You bring up a good point, however.

<< Why ZIP sales and inclusion rate will not continue to increase >>

It should... but you cannot ignore the market demographics.
Sub $1000 PCs have gone from 10% of the market to 40%+ of the market
in one year. Box makers CANNOT affort to burn their profits by
including a ZIP in these boxes. Box makers probably (after all is
said and done) make about $75 on a $800 box. Why give that profit
to Iomega?

That's why AFTERMARKET sales will be very, very important to watch
over the next two quarters. Subtract out OEM sales and you'll see that
aftermarket sales have slowed considerably.

<< Why is CLIK is a BAD idea?? >>

It's a wait and see in my mind. It's a huge risk. There will be
plenty of money to be made later on if things go well for this
drive. So far, it's still vapor, and probably will be until 1999.

Good luck! And I am NOT short... I'm a conservative long who is
taking a 'wait and see attitude' until this market is better AND
I take a carefull look at how revenues grew in Q4.
