>>US companies did the same in China for many years.<<

You mean the U.S. companies throw in billion in China too? LOL. What about they made 100x billions FROM China on those couple of billions they throw in?

I have read plenty of research, saying MOST of the capitals coming to China since 1980s are NOT from Western companies, U.S. included. They are from Overseas Chinese.

Luckily, Western companies' feast on China's profit is coming to an end. Cheap labor in China is in short supply now. And the preferential treatment of the Foreign companies imposed by the Chinese gov. is also OVER.

The billions the U.S. throw in Africa is NOTHING comparing with hundreds of Billion China throw in.

Personally, I could NOT care less about whether Indians know AMZN, NOT Alibaba. the matter of fact is FEW foreign companies, Chinese or the Western, can EVER make much money out of India.

By the way, AMZN, after going in China for quite some years, still has <1% or market share in China. They just CANNOT compete with Alibaba and Jingdong in China.
