JT, there is no leadership in the market now. There has not been any for several months. Leadership will emerge after the picture for corporate profits become clear. I am going net short on strength for trading, and only initiating partial investment on selected stocks.

Take a look at MER and CCI for me, what's your view? Natural shorts on retraceup to me.

Given the strong economy, and the service sectors increasing wage gains and profits, then think about what services many companies need to stay competitive. Looks to me like they might need software services, more and more sophisticated models for inventory control, sales integration with manufacturing, automatic routing systems, etc. I bought UIS about a week ago for a quick turn but the chart looks good, so decided to keep a little longer. Just requires some digging to find more maybe.
