Prudent Investor, As in TRGC, Sid (the CEO)was caught selling unregistered securities...for which he was severly reprimended by the SEC. As of today the company filed bankruptcy and the SEC has appointed a trustee to oversee the refund of the appropriated money. The stock is now in a mild recovery heading back to its original position. Maybe we can learn from this event and get things back on track if they are not proceeding correctly/legally. Jeff
