Has Mexico spent any checks to pay for it yet? If not you better start raising the money to pay for your wall or you'll be saddled with the word hypocrite for the rest of your days. Walls aren't free. Tax cuts are free. Why do conservatives think everything has to be free and then saddle the country with their unpaid bills?
