lo-cog ringo, Fox reported that Tillerson said Trump is a fucking moron. They also reported that when asked repeatedly whether he said it, he raised eyebrows by pointedly declining to deny it. True, Fox used a nuance of language that is far above most of their audience's comprehension, which is pretty darn cruel to all their lo-cog listeners. If it was in all caps and included a goofy illustration, maybe you'd get it. Ask one of the smarter people in your email crybaby club to explain it to you.
