This looks like an open and shut tax fraud case. If Manafort could strike a deal, he probably would have already made it.

I think you need to give it up. One thing that came out is that Manafort was wiretapped during much of the investigation---going back to 2006. The FBI has used all its tools.

Just like they did when they vetted Trump initially, when they scoured his financial disclosure papers, when they scoured his tax returns, and when they listened in on Trump after obtaining an unjustified warrant to do so.
