NWHM. I spent a few minutes looking. It is very tempting. A few bothersome items -- which may be due to being unusual and not red flags -- a lot of revenue and profits are due to general contractor work as opposed to owned development, earnings growth zero this year, lots of related party transactions in proxy - but nothing particularly worrisome, lots of joint ventures, IPO 2014 - short history. good points -- debt, PE, calif market, seem to control enough land inventory... I'm not quite comfortable to jump in fully yet. I want to see their projections for 2018. hopefully stock won't pop before then. however, i added a few 'tracking shares' WLH and TPH doing quite well, thank you. I added to my WLH 2 weeks ago.

Housing stocks. I've made these changes to my basket of stickbuilders: WLH. Sold on takeover by TMHC. TMHC. Initiated a position. NVR, LEN Trimmed positions. TOL, KBH, DHI. Sold. BZH, MHO, TPH, CCS, MDC. No change, still holding. re qustionable purchase of NWHM: I'm still holding this losing position. finance.yahoo.com
