The Chinese gov. now starts to test the Public rental housing in 13 major big cities. These housings are for the median/low income people. i.e., those 3-member families with income <=RMB100K a year, 4-member family income <=RMB130K a year will be qualified to apply. Plus, another requirement is the current average sq. Meter each family member is less than 15 sq. meters. (1 sq.M=10.76 sq. F). And the rent is heavily subsidized, could be as much as 95% by the government. The monthly rent is about 2,155 RMB, many renters only pay 2/3 of the rent, the rest will be subsidized by the local gov.

The following picture is the new public rental housing building in Beijing Suburbs.

In Beijing alone, the gov. will build 500,000 units of rental housings like this in the next 5 years!

But my military friends say no worries, these cobalt electric cars will blow up beautifully with drone strikes and kill the adults with cancer over a whole city. The stupidity boggles the mind how humans are putting electric cars (cobalt bombs) in every driveway. We all must really be bored.
