John: No need to remind me that I was WRONG-O on the big Quig. I've got the statements to prove it. Shorted it too early, covered too early. Should have waited on both counts but dems da breaks. IF some of the selling shareholders are out doing OTC collars (write call/buy put) or shorting against the box they are in effect selling without have the filing deemed effective. Maybe that explains the price weakness in the stock. Maybe that's why they aren't pressuring Quigley to get the registration done. I don't know. Why do you think the stock is down so much in the face of solid fundamental news? Good luck, drakes353
