There doesn't have to be a trial for a pardon. Nixon received one. I don't expect you to understand the basics but it's fun watching how slow the republican mind has become. The reports I read today is there are going to be more indictments soon. Do they know for sure...not sure, but it sure is fun watching your side meltdown. We didn't freak out when your side spent years attacking Clinton. We knew she was innocent but if she was found to have done wrong we wouldn't spend years lying about her as your side is doing right now. Facts can't hurt you. Embrace them.
