There was only one secure cell phone during the Obama years and none during the Bush years. Since you think the government has secure phones for government officials and it doesn't that might be the source of our concerns.

But regardless of your personal beliefs, the FBI cleared Sec.Clinton of all wrong-doing. Why can't YOU accept this fact? I'd suggest this flaw is serious enough for you to seek treatment (and I'm serious).

There are many flaws in the report you cite, namely that the government simply lacks the ability to create secure cell phones that function in a way most of us are familiar with. A secure phone cannot have apps. and without apps what can it do?

There are NO LAWS regarding the use of email. The laws that were created predate computers and email. We might want to wonder why those laws haven't been updated. Is one party too busy lying to you to fund secure cells and updating law?
