the only thing i don't like about asensio is that he pushes the envelope too hard for and probably accepts money from cadence for doing so, and disclaims this at the bottom of his releases.
i never for one minute believe that this guy has MY back.. he has own back front and sides to worry about.. notic the Charged as criminals..
not they are criminals..
this obfuscates the truth. Then we have people on these threads saying these people ARE outright criminal, guilty as "charged".
the liability could be deep for anyone posting stuff like that here.. whether they are guilty{probably} or not, until they are they are not criminals.
either way i believe my short position is justified solely by the fact that avnt will no doubt get hurt BIG even if they triumph in court..
ex.. can OJ find a job?
bottom line is this impacts avnts! bottom line and they will be shunned by the community unless spin control is excellent.. and judging how they answer asensio
they have no chance.. the company should be concentrating on the court thing, not press releases from two bit investment banker wannabee.
The real talent does not come in from mudslinging.. it comes from doing your homework and being right.
what we forget is that the funds can double and triple their positions and play the greater fool game against each other.. and squash all of us like bugs
