Peter-I avoid praying for money. I just ask for good health and blessing for my family and friends. There is always a degree of doubt in any transaction. Look at any impending stock swap deal, even the sure things and there's always a spread. Often time there's an opportunity to play long on one, short the other and win regardless of the outcome. I would guess there will be an announcement Monday. If the deal goes through we'll all feel like genius' to have our money in CHPS in this market-we could have sold out and bought ADPT @ 50 a few months ago (I bought some today @ 21 1/8).
