Timmask, now that Franklin is a reporting company, earnings should be out no later then 2/15.

Somebody ( I think S.B.) in a recent post mentioned that Franklin has about 22 millin shares, I don't think so. The most recent financing of $7 million would have equated to between 1.4 million and 1,75 million shares added to the existing (est. 15 million shares) making a total today of about 16.50 to 17 million outstanding. That is based on the price paid being predicated on a complicated formula that set the price between $4 and $5 per share.

I haven't done the math yet but that financing also had warrants attached that included FNET shares, of which if my memory serves me correctly puts FTELS stake at somewhere around 65% give or take 5% percentage points.

I would suggest anyone interested should in fact get the precise numbers as it will figure heavily in the valuation the street places on Franklin once FNET's IPO price is determined.

again an irrelevant straw horse. here will be no earnings in the last q97. there will probably be no earnings in the1q 98 .Most likely you will start seeing a revenue stream if we are lucky in 2q of 98. If you wait for earnings to buy you will be buying at multiples of this bullshit price. nuf said.I have a suggestion so as not to hurt some investors who may sell this stock based on no immediate earnings.if you miust talk earnings for next 6 mos. clearly state "off topic"
