I was thinking more along the lines of a new phone rather than upgrading. In the past my carrier could put the old phone and new phone in a machine that copied all files, data, phone numbers etc.quickly. I was wondering if encryption made this more difficult or impossible but I am guessing that you just need to unlock before transferring.
Lots of chatter on the net about pros and cons but nothing really convincing one way or the other. Just looking for opinions from thread members who have done this.
Thanks,
Jim
