I would add "lack of waffling" to Berst's list of NSCP "watch for"s. NSCP needs to be very clear and consistent about what business they are in, then stick to it and make it work. This is critical in the corporate market they say they are targeting. If they just jump around to the latest hot product area, they'll never establish a leveragable installed base. With their earnings sort of making them look "in crisis", I'm wondering where Barksdale is. You'd think he'd be out stumping, reassuring his customers that he's got a workable plan.
