Gregory,

I sold some AFL, DIS, FNM, KO, and a few shares of HD and WMT! I do have my house on the market, but not for the reasons you mentioned! We are wanting to build out on the farm, but have decided that if we do sell our house we will rent for awhile, for if you will look at lumber and copper prices it is only a matter of time before one can build a house much cheaper! As far as the market having a rally I will be selling more naked calls and putting on more short position as it does!

That is an interesting question, Greg. Our new tax laws, effective this year, have changed the playing field. It is my understanding that any taxpayer can now sell his primary residence every two years without paying the capital gains tax. If true, won't that create a stronger market for real estate?
