The wait is over, or perhaps more correctly, the weight is indefinite and not looking good.

The CPTAQ decision will likely delay any further CCB development for at least a year. How do I know? They wouldn't go through the riggamroll to change the file's status if they intended to re-open the assessment in a matter of months.

Assuming that further approval processes are as long, and fraught, as the simple agricultural zoning exemption, it seems appropriate to call Time of Death on this project.

It would take a miracle for any extraction to begin by even 2020.
