I have found that to judge a company's integrity, you simply need to look at their honesty in the past relative to statements made prior to previous events. Their track record is clean. No insider selling is also a good indicator.

I think that Brightpoint is appearing at the Consumer Electronics conference in Las Vegas today. I would not be surprised if they generate some additional interest in the company at the show.
