After they found Kelly's phone had been "compromised" they banned all cells from the West Wing. The central problem remains the same. Congress has to fund secure cellphones. Until they do this problem will never go away. Regarding Sec. Clinton, the FBI broke every rule it has on investigations so Comey will go down in history as being the second worst FBI director in history. Hoover was slightly worse, but only slightly. We have the man Russia wants in the White House because of Comey.
