One thing to remember all VGM's are not created equal. TheDarlington ones are basically route machines where the funds are split with the site owners. The 200+ 3rd qtr. machines where wholely owned. So the efective number might be about 550 - 600 currently. You are right in being optimisitc about the seasonalty, which seems to make about a 10%+ or so difference if I calculated right. One question that I would like to see answered on the web site. Does the company plan to utilize bank (or other) financing for the future expansions as they arise? It seems to me the $13- $14 million that is in the bank could easily give us available capital of $25 million for these expansion and our leverage would still be well under 40%. Any comments? Joe
