Take a look at Joey's post in response to my post

And start there.

=========================
Today's market:
INTC poked through 75 and then went steadily down. At 12:53 it is at 72 7/8 near its lows for the day. However among the techs it is one of least losers on a % basis.

<<Couldn't you all find something other to talk about in this bad market than personal attacks?>>

I personally apologize for the name calling, it is silly and a waste of time. I will stop it right here.

That said, I'd really like Engel to apologize for accusing me of hyping a stock as it tanked and for causing his friend to loose money because of my comments. I never hyped a stock in any more of a way that he expresses his optimism of intel. He has blatenly lied about this fact. And anyone who bought and sold it, did so on their own accord.

I also think it would be wise for him to post a little more responsibly as well. I looked back at some of his history and I found he really has a knack for ticking people off. While some of the posts made here by other individuals show a lower level decorum than they would have in a face to face, he eggs them on. He has done this so much that he had to sue someone for the 'damages' they did to him after being egged on. This person was probably wrong in their actions (I don't know what actually occured, just was was alleged.) but it appears that Engel did not walk away from the fight. When someone is clearly itching for a fight, sometimes the best thing to do is to walk away.
