So, what's the solution here? I find most of the Democrats in Congress and in the Senate to be trend followers; they'll support a hawk like Clinton or a possible dove like Sanders. I don't think they know their ass from their elbow and will just go with the flow in terms of whoever is the Dem leader at the time. I will get behind a Dem candidate who will support single payer universal healthcare and free public college tuition for families earning under 125K per year (NYS Plan). I don't know if there are any Dems, including Sanders, who are doves. Clearly, anyone has got to be better (or can't be worse) than Trump/Obama/Clinton/Bush. Come to think of it, Pence/Cruz might be worse. PS I meant this post for Broken Clock, but you can respond, if you like, since you are pretty moderate and sensible, politically speaking.
